Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain was the founder partner of the firm. He was a great visionary who gave strong foundations to the firm. During his four decades of tenure he conducted various audits of Nationalized Banks, Public Sector Undertakings and reputed organizations of private sector. Mr. Jain represented the Board of Punjab National Bank, Allahabad Bank and Board of CAN FIN Homes Ltd. (Sponsor Canara Bank). He also served as Secretary of Agra Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He acted as executive member of several social as well as commercial organizations at District level as well as national level. He also served as Member - Cotton Advisory Board, Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India; Member – ZRUCC, Indian Railways; Member – Export Committee Exim Federation, Agra; Member – Revenue Committee, Nagar Nigam, Agra; Member – Minimum Wages Advisory Committee, Min. of Labour, U.P.; and Director - Uttar Pradesh State Roadways Transport Corporation.

Mr. Arun Kumar Agarwal is also the founder partner of the firm. His four decades of experience in various fields during his professional practice makes him the pillar of the firm. His experience ranges to diverse industrial and service sectors and different forms of enterprises. His areas of activity include tax advisory in direct and indirect taxes including international taxation and inbound and outbound investments. Presently Mr. Agarwal involves himself in giving proper direction, advising and formulating growth strategies for the firm. He is also a philanthropist who participates in many social welfare activities along with various NGO’s and organisations working for the society.
