Mr Abhishek Agarwal heads the Business Consultancy practice and Financial Advisory Services vertical. He has been actively involved in the areas of Financial Management, working capital management, including inventory management, pre-transaction advisory, tax efficiency strategies, MIS, Forecasting, Accounting systems review and set up. He takes care of Project Conceptualisations, feasibility studies based on market research and analysis, pre investment reviews, risk allocations, assessment and reasonableness of cost for various Business setups.

He has handled many Financial Restructuring and Finance Arrangement proposals for many micro, small and medium enterprises and many industries including real estate, manufacturing, entertainment, hotels, newspapers, dairies, media and more. His services include working capital finance, short term finance, factoring, project finance and term loans, credit syndication- domestic and overseas on competitive terms, negotiating support for equity buy in JV’s. Mr. Agarwal is a qualified Information Systems Auditor and has obtained certificate for Computer Accounting and Auditing Techniques.

Mr. Prerit Agarwal leads the Internal Audit and Tax Litigations vertical. He has experience in diverse areas like internal audits, management audits, risk management, internal control assessments, budgeting and forecasting, turnaround strategies and information system controls. His interests include International taxation, double taxation avoidance agreements and treaties with various countries and cross border advisory. His practice areas include Statutory Audits of listed, unlisted and government companies, Tax Audits, GST Audits, Clause 49 compliances, SOX and other related fields. He also handles internal controls’ implementation and review. Mr. Agarwal represents our clients before Tax Officers, Commissioner (Appeals) & Appellate Tribunals. He is involved in tax litigations of diverse nature including those involving international tax matters, allowability of business deductions, profit adjustments, substantiating investments or inflow of funds, capital gains, search and seizure assessments, penalties, items of business disallowances, GST etc. Mr Agarwal has been a rank holder in the ICAI Examination. He is a visiting faculty at various ICAI programmes and a regular speaker at seminars & conferences organized by professional organisations.
